To the Client Portal browser version

Where can I find the custody account statements?

You can find your custody account statements at the top of the navigation bar under ‘Performance & Reports’ ➜ ‘Account statements’.
There you can view your activities under the ready-made ‘Activity’ statement or save them as a PDF.

You can choose between:

  • Daily
  • Monthly
  • Yearly (detailed version)
  • From start of year to date
  • Own period

Where can I set the real-time prices (market data)?

1. Click on the ‘login man‘‘Settings‘ at the top next to your name
2. Click on ‘Market data subscriptions’ under the heading ‘Trading platform’ on the right-hand side

Where can I extend my trading authorisations?

1. Click on the ‘login man‘ ➜ ‘Settings‘ at the top next to your name
2. Click on‘Trading authorisations in the middle of the page under the heading ‘Trading‘

Why can't I access my portfolio?

Once a year, you must confirm that your data is up to date. This takes place before your portfolio so that the data can be checked and therefore cannot be cancelled. As a rule, however, all query fields are already pre-assigned and can be customised by you if necessary.

Login does not work despite correct access data?

This is often due to saved login data in the browser. A virus programme or a ‘secure browser’ can also block the login. If necessary, try logging in with a different browser to rule this out.
